ARTS: Living with Asthma: Asthma in Williamsburg, 1999. Located at the corner of Hewes Street and South 4th Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The mural designed and painted by El Puente Muralistas, a group of young artists directed by El Puente Artist Joe Matunis, addresses asthma in the community from its roots in environmental racism to healing through organizing, traditional remedies, and preventative medicine.
