Erase the Hate, 1996

Erase the Hate, 1996. Located on the corner of Grand Street and Berry Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The mural directed by El Puente Artists Joe Matunis and Edgardo Miranda-Rodriguez, was painted and designed by the El Puente community depicting racism rooted in ignorance and fear, and calling for tolerance and peace. The mural and was featured in the award winning USA Network Public Service Campaign: It Just Takes One.
