El Puente Health Clinic

CHE is embarking on a plan to open a family health center clinic in 2004. Using volunteer medical personnel, CHE health promoters, and making the most of existing health resources, the office is dedicated to creating a holistic service that addresses the most pressing needs of the community. Some of the services to be offerred are holistic health assessments, nutritional counsel, heart disease screenings, asthma screenings, diabetes mangement peer groups, and many other vital services.
